NESP Invests in airTec Technology

To dramatically improve the quality on our Vetreo Acrylic door range, we has heavily invested in the very latest Homag airTec edgebander. The first of its kind installed in mainland UK, the new technology available to create a seamless finish means an edged panel suddenly becomes transformed into an almost solid door.

Our edging quality and especially our acrylic door brand Vetreo will be dramatically improved with this amazing technology. With the trend for invisible joints fast becoming an industry standard and the quality expectations of our customers more rigorous, we had to find a solution. The heavy investment in this new edgebander and the specialist tapes required to make the joints appear invisible means NESP can offer an exceptional product to the market for both one off door sets and large contracts.

Compared to conventional gluing methods, joint tightness and moisture resistance are greatly improved with airTec technology and Dollken Fusion edgebanding. The benefits to the consumer are vast with an astonishing end product to offer.

The Vetreo door range has been re-launched with new marketing support including a brand new retail brochure and superb range of high quality kitchen and bedroom room sets available for NESP customers.
